🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
✔ 10th Pass (Matriculation) from a recognized board +
✔ Diploma (minimum 3-year) in relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication)
🔹 Diploma from a recognized institute/university is mandatory; B.E./B.Tech or higher is also acceptable.
Age Limit:
• Minimum: 18 years
• Maximum: 30 years as on 05 Mar 2026
Age Relaxation: As per government norms —
• SC/ST: +5 years
• OBC-NCL: +3 years
• PwBD & Ex-Servicemen: Applicable per rules
💰 Salary & Benefits
During Training: Approx. ₹47,330.25 per month (basic) plus allowances like DA, HRA, etc.
After training and successful appointment, regular pay and benefits as per NCL/Coal India PSU pay structure will apply.
