- Overseeing and coordinating Airport Operations in both Terminal Building and Airside Management
- Reviewing and ensuring compliance with ASQ / Service Quality standards
- Managing Operations & Maintenance (O&M / OMD) activities at the airport
- Supporting overall operational efficiency and service quality
