Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)
1️⃣ For Administrative Officer (Defence Background)
- Rank Requirement: Retired male Defence Service Officer of the rank of Captain/Major/Lt Col or equivalent (or a Civilian Lady officer as applicable).
- Age Limit:
- Retired Male Defence Officer: Below 57 years
- Civilian Lady / Retired Woman Officer: Below 55 years (as on closing date of application)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in an academic institution, with readiness to coordinate and liaise with Government and Non-Government organizations.
2️⃣ For READ (Civilian Lady / Retired Lady Officer)
- Eligibility: Civilian lady or retired Defence Service woman officer of the rank of Major/Lt Col or equivalent.
- Age Limit: Up to 55 years.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in an academic institution, with willingness for liaison work with Government and Non-Government organizations.
