Role Overview
The selected candidate will provide strategic and academic leadership across the nursing faculty. The role includes overseeing academic excellence, clinical training, curriculum planning and development, research initiatives, faculty supervision, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards in alignment with the university’s vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage academic and administrative functions of the Faculty of Nursing
- Strengthen clinical education and research activities
- Guide curriculum development and innovation
- Oversee faculty development and performance
- Ensure compliance with statutory and council regulations
