- Post: Member (Law)
- Tenure: 5 years from the date of joining or until attaining the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier
- Eligibility: Individuals of eminence with proven expertise and deep knowledge in the field of law, in accordance with relevant provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003
