Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), one of India’s largest commercial enterprises and a Fortune Global 500 company, invites applications for engagement of 637 Apprentices at its Panipat Refinery & Petrochemical Complex, Haryana. The apprenticeship engagement is under the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 (as amended).
🔹 Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: 18 to 24 years as on 31 January 2026
- Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of India guidelines.
- Candidates must meet the prescribed educational qualifications and other eligibility conditions for the respective trade/discipline (refer to detailed advertisement on IOCL website).
🔹 How to Apply
Eligible candidates must complete both steps of the online application process:
Step 1:
Register on the NAPS/NATS portal and apply against the notified apprenticeship opportunity.
Step 2:
Submit the required details through the designated Google Form link provided in the official notification.
Candidates must have:
- A valid email ID
- Active mobile number
- Valid Apprentice Registration/Enrollment Number/Student ID on NAPS/NATS portal

Completion of apprenticeship training does not guarantee employment with IOCL. The corporation is under no obligation to offer regular employment after the apprenticeship period.
