Eligibility & Qualifications:
- B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 15–20 years of relevant experience in large campuses, hotels, or commercial complexes.
- Strong hands-on experience in HVAC operations and maintenance.
Key Skills & Expertise Required:
- In-depth knowledge of chiller plants, cooling towers, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Experience with HT & LT electrical panels.
- Proven ability in energy optimization and ensuring statutory compliance.
- Excellent leadership and vendor management skills.
