The Government of India, Ministry of Defence, Border Roads Organization (BRO) under General Reserve Engineer Force (GREF) has released Advertisement No. 01/2026 inviting applications from Indian nationals for the post of Medical Officer on a contractual basis.

Medical Officer Eligibility

  • Educational Qualification: MBBS from a recognized university/institution.

Medical Officer Salary

  • Fixed Remuneration: ₹95,000 per month
    (As per Government of India norms, subject to revision)

  • Educational certificates
  • Experience certificates (if any)
  • Medical certificate (signed by SEMO/CMO)
  • Character certificate / Police verification

Medical Officer Interview Details

  • Interview date, time, and venue will be communicated to shortlisted candidates via post/email.
  • Candidates must carry all original documents and 4 passport-size colour photographs at the time of interview.
  • No TA/DA will be provided.

Applications received after the last date will not be considered. Only candidates fulfilling eligibility criteria will be called for the interview.
