Post Name: Administrative Officer

Nature of Post: Contractual
Location: Clement Town, Dehradun (Uttarakhand)

✅ Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)

1. Service Background

Retired or released Male/Female Defence Service Officer of the rank:
Captain / Major / Lt Colonel / Colonel
OR
Equivalent ORA / Civilian Lady.

2. Age Limit

Retired Male Defence Officer: Below 57 years
Civilian Lady / Retired or Released Woman Officer: Below 55 years
(Age as on the closing date of application)

3. Educational Qualification

Graduate from a recognized university.
Preference will be given to candidates with Commerce background or MBA.

4. Experience

For Civilian Lady: Minimum 5 years experience in administration, preferably in an academic institution.
Should be willing to handle liaison work with Government and Non-Government organizations.

5. Other Skills

Working knowledge of Computer & Accounts.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

⭐ Desirable Skills

Knowledge of Government rules and regulations.
Understanding of procurement procedures.
Awareness of legal matters including labour laws.

💼 Terms & Salary

Appointment: Term-based as per AWES Guidelines.
Salary: As per AWES norms.
