📌 Position
Manager (Contract Basis)
👤 Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following conditions:
- Retired Army Officer, below 58 years of age as on 01 March 2026
- Well-versed in canteen operations, including:
- Retail and inventory management
- Computer operations and Smart Card systems
- Canteen Stores Department (CSD) procedures
- Good working knowledge of:
- Labour laws
- Taxation and Excise
- Accounts handling
- Experience in HR, Legal, Safety, and Security matters
- Must not be involved in any:
- Court cases
- Legal proceedings
- Vigilance inquiries
- Disciplinary actions (pending or contemplated)
- Prior experience in handling canteen or similar establishments will be preferred
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in the same locality / station
- Candidate should not have completed more than three years of total contractual employment after re-employment or retirement
💰 Salary / Compensation
- ₹70,000 per month (inclusive)
- Lump-sum monthly remuneration
- Negotiable / subject to approval based on candidate profile
